What documents are usually required?
A common baseline for most schools. Exact requirements differ by school and level — your file on the platform will tell you what is still missing.

Academic
- Transcripts for your most recent school years
- Diploma or certificate of graduation
- Teacher reference letters, where the school asks for them

English
- IELTS, TOEFL or an equivalent certificate
- The school's own placement test result, where offered
- No certificate yet: ask about a language pathway before the main program

Financial
- Proof of your family's financial capacity
- Bank statements or balance confirmation per the destination's rules
- Sponsor documents, if someone else funds your studies

Personal
- A valid passport
- Photos to the destination country's specification
- Birth certificate or equivalent, where requested
Upload each document once and reuse it across applications. Only pay for certified translations when a school actually asks for them.

Read the guides01Is M2W Edu a study abroad agency?
No. M2W Edu is the connecting platform: schools have source-checked profiles, learners choose for themselves, and an advisory partner whose partner profile M2W has verified supports them after they agree to connect.
02Can I submit and pay for an application on M2W now?
Not yet. Online application submission is currently unavailable. You can research schools, create a basic profile, prepare documents and talk to an advisory partner whose partner profile M2W has verified; M2W will state clearly when submission is enabled.
03Do I pay tuition through M2W?
No. Tuition and school charges are paid to the school, per the school's own instructions.
04Does M2W guarantee a visa?
No — and you should avoid anyone who does. The school decides on admission and the destination's immigration authority decides on the visa. Our job is to get your file complete and correct so you have the best shot.
05What if a school rejects my application?
Online application submission is not enabled yet. When working with an advisory partner, ask for the reason, what can be strengthened and which alternatives exist before deciding what to do next.
06Can I apply without IELTS?
Many schools offer a language pathway before the main program, and some accept their own placement test. Each school page lists the English requirement per program.
07I am still in grade 11 — can I start now?
Yes. You can create your profile, gather documents and shortlist schools now; most schools assess your recent transcripts and take the graduation certificate later.
08How many schools are in the catalogue?
The number at the top of this page is counted from publicly listed school records whose information has been checked against school sources. It matches the school records on the platform, and the catalogue keeps growing with each partnership round.
