Baekseok Culture University is a private junior college in Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do. It was established on 18 November 1993 as Cheonan Foreign Language College and began teaching on 1 March 1994.

The official English name is BAEKSEOK CULTURE UNIVERSITY. Some Vietnamese documents write "Baekseok College" or "Baekseok Culture College" — those are incorrect.
